NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Potato Art Studio KX Limited has applied to London Borough of Camden on 26 August 2026 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Potato Art Studio, Unit 3 Cadence Court, Canal Reach, London N1C 4ED for the sale by retail of alcohol from 10:00 to 22:00 Monday to Sunday, as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team 5 Pancras Square c/o Town Hall Judd Street London WC1H 9JE to be received by no later than 23 September 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.camden.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
