APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that May-Yuk Ellen Chan Tam has applied in respect of 14 Rivington Street, Hackney, London, EC2A 3DU for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:

Opening Hours: Monday-Sunday 08:00-00:00; Sale of Alcohol (on & off) & Recorded Music: Monday-Sunday 10:00-23:30; Late Night Refreshment Monday-Sunday 23:00-23:30.

This is an application for a shadow licence and not for operation of the premises unless and until the condition is removed. This condition can be removed administratively on 7 days' notice to Metropolitan Police & Hackney Council. The conditions match the current in force premises licence (046809). Any representations against this application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Service at the above address, by no later than the 23 September 2026. Residents and businesses in the vicinity of the premises, or their representatives, may make representations on licensing objectives grounds only, i.e. the prevention of crime and disorder, the prevention of public nuisance, public safety and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to £5000 for an applicant to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
