Notice is hereby given that Urban Leisure (KX) Limited in respect of Premises known as Ask For Janice (Formerly Vinyl Cafe), Unit 6A, Kings Exchange, 9 Tileyard Road, London, N7 9AH applied to Islington Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. 1. To extend the hours for the Provision of Regulated Entertainment in the form of Recorded Music to 08:00 hours to 00:00 hours Monday to Thursday; 08:00 hours to 01:00 hours Friday and Saturday and 08:00 hours to 22:30 hours on Sunday (Indoors Only); 2. To extend the hours for the Sale and Supply of Alcohol to 10:00 hours to 00:00 hours Monday to Thursday; 10:00 hours to 01:00 hours Friday and Saturday and 10:00 hours to 22:30 hours on Sunday (On Sales Only); 3. To extend the Opening Hours to 08:00 hours to 00:30 hours Monday to Thursday; 08:00 hours to 01:30 hours Friday and Saturday and 08:00 hours to 23:00 hours on Sunday; 4. To remove and update conditions under Annex 2.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by licensing@islington.gov.uk or by post to Alcohol and entertainment licences, Islington Council, 222 Upper Street, London N1 1XR no later than 24th September 2026 stating the grounds for representation. The register of London Borough of Islington and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.islington.gov.uk
