NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises: The Stags Head 102 Headlam Street Newcastle NE6 1EB

Notice is given that Richard Tulip applied to Newcastle City Council on 01st September 2026 to vary a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 as follows: To allow the sale of alcohol and playing of recorded music from 09:00 until 23:00 Hours Monday to Saturday and 10am until 22:30 Sundays A further additional hour into the morning following every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday for each May Bank Holiday, Spring/Whitsun Bank Holiday and every August Bank Holiday weekend.

A further additional hour into the morning every Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday for the Easter Bank Holiday weekend A further additional hour every Christmas Eve and every Boxing Day.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application for variation must give notice in writing to:- Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle Upon Tyne NE1 8QH Representations must be made by 28th September 2026

The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at https://portal.newcastle.gov.uk

It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale £5000
