Notice is hereby given that Unicorn Capital Limited applied to Westminster City Council on 26 August 2026 for the variation of the premises licence for Cuckoo, 99-101 Regent Street, London W1B 4EZ, so as to (1) Extend hours in basement only Fri -Sat a) 3.30am to 5am for Performance of dance, film, live music, recorded music, anything similar, late night refreshment and b) 3am to 5am retail sale of alcohol No change to ground floor (2) Extend opening hours Friday - Saturday: 09:00 to 05.30 (no change Sunday-Thursday) (3) Add conditions as set out in the application form.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application, must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 23 September 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation to: The Premises Licensing Team, Public Protection and Licensing, Westminster City Council, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP or licensing@westminster.gov.uk

The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public, can be accessed online by visiting: www.westminster.gov.uk and following the links. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.

It is an offence to make a false statement in connection with an application and those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount
