Notice is hereby given that Ppn Admin Ltd has applied to the City of Westminster on 28/08/2026 to vary the premises licence for Basement And Ground Floor, 530 Oxford Street, London, W1C 1LP. The variation is to update the layout of the premises only in accordance with the plans submitted. The changes are to improve the overall standard and operational flow of the premises.

Summary of changes are as follows: Removal of existing mini-golf courses, customer dining seating, and kitchen facilities; reconfiguration of the ground floor and basement floorplates to install individual interactive activity/ game pod enclosures, circulation corridors, a light tunnel, and customer locker areas; relocation and reconfiguration of the customer WC facilities to the lower-right basement area; and reconfiguration of back-ofhouse, staff, and plant rooms. There are no increases in hours or licensable activities being sought.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 25/09/2026 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5QP. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing and following the link to the public register.

The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
