Notice is hereby given that Nimet Oner has applied to the City of Westminster on 03/09/2026 to vary the premises licence for Drunch And Kave, 71 Great Titchfield Street, London, W1W 6RB. This variation seeks to vary the premises licence in respect of the Basement floor only to allow greater operational flexibility as follows: Extend the terminal hour for the Sale of Alcohol, Playing of Recorded Music, Live Music, and Late Night Refreshment in the Basement only on Thursdays to Saturdays to 01:30 the following morning. Amend Conditions 10, 23, 25 and 27, to facilitate the operation in the basement and enhance security. The Ground Floor will remain subject to all existing conditions and operating hours. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 01/10/2026 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5QP. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
