NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that Emerald Cafes Limited (company number 17259085) applied to Birmingham City Council on 3 September 2026 for the grant of a premises licence in respect of: Emerald, Unit 2C, One Stop Shopping Centre, Walsall Road, Perry Barr, Birmingham, B42 1AA.
The proposed licensable activities are: the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from 10:00 hours to 00:00 hours, Monday to Sunday; andthe provision of late-night refreshment indoors from 23:00 hours to 00:00 hours, Monday to Sunday. The proposed opening hours are 07:30 hours to 00:30 hours, Monday to Sunday.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by General Licensing, Regulation & Enforcement, Birmingham City Council, PO Box 17831, Birmingham, B2 2HJ or via email to licensing@birmingham.gov.uk no later than 1 October 2026.
