NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Bhagatvir Singh Bains and Aman Ahmed Choudhury of Padel Studios Group Ltd has applied to Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of Unit 2&3 Finch Way, Hemdale Business Park, Nuneaton, CV11 6TQ.
The application is for: Supply of alcohol on the premises: Monday to Thursday 14:00-23:00; Friday, Saturday & Sunday 12:00-23:00. The opening hours of the premises: Monday to Sunday 06:00-02:00.
The place where the record of the application may be inspected and where the register of the Licensing Authority is kept is the Licensing Section, Town Hall, Coton Rd, Nuneaton CV11 5AA.
A responsible authority or any other person may make a representation in writing to the Licensing Section at the same address or by e-mail to licensing@ nuneatonandbedworth.gov.uk by 29th September 2026.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the Standard Scale, currently £5,000.
