PUBLIC NOTICE FIR LICENSING APPLICATIONS LICENSING ACT 2003 (PREMISES & CLUB CERTIFICATES)

NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN THAT John Hogan of 1a Marian Square L30 5QA has applied to Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council for a Premises License

The sale of alcohol proposed to be carried on or from the premises are set out as follows :- 09.00-23.00 Sun-Thurs 09.00-00.00 Fri-Sat

The application can be inspected in person at the postal address (weekdays 09.00 to 15.00 by appointment) or on Sefton Council's website at www.sefton.gov.uk

Any representations to the application shall be in writing and should be lodged with the Licensing Authority, Sefton MBC 30 Trinity Road Bootle L20 3NJ stating the terms of the grounds of the said representation not later than 25 September 2026

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.

A person is liable to an unlimited fine on convictionshould such a false statement be made
