NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE
VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
SECTION 34, LICENSING ACT 2003
We, One Stop Stores Limited, hereby give notice
that we have applied on 27 August 2026 to Havant
Borough Council as the Licensing Authority for the
Variation of a Premises Licencefor the premises
known as: One Stop, 7 Baybridge Road, Havant,
PO9 5PB. This application seeks to:
• Vary the hours permitted for the sale of alcohol
for consumption off the premises to 06:00 until
23:00 from Monday to Sunday
• Replace all conditions in Annex 2 with those
supplied to the licensing authority.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a
false statement in connection with an application
and a person is liable on conviction to a fine not
exceeding level five on the standard scale.
Any responsible authority or interested party
wishing to make representations on this matter
must submit those representations in writing to:
Licensing Department, Havant Borough Council,
Public Service Plaza, Civic Centre Road, Havant,
Hampshire PO9 2AX by 24 September 2026. A
