I, REBWAR OKHRATI, hereby give notice that I
have applied for a Premises Licence in respect of:
193 Ribbleton Lane, Preston PR1 5DY. The licence
is to allow the following licensable activity:
The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the
premises. Proposed hours for the sale of alcohol:
Monday to Sunday: 07:00 to 23:00.
The application can be viewed at the offices of the
Licensing Authority during normal office hours at:
Preston City Council, Town Hall, Lancaster Road,
Preston PR1 2RL. The application can also be
viewed online through the Council’s Public
Register. Any interested party or responsible
authority may make representations to the Council
about this application. Such representations must
be made in writing and must be made no later
than: 25 SEPTEMBER 2026. Representations
should be sent to: Licensing Section, Preston City
Council, Town Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston PR1
