NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at Zoar Street, Lower Gornal, Dudley, DY3 2PA. The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the week between 06:00 and 00:00. The full application can be inspected by contacting the Licensing Section (see below) between the hours of 8.00am and 4.00pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays). An on-line summary of the application can be viewed on www.dudley.gov.uk Written representations can be made to the Licensing Authority at Director of Development & Regulation, Housing & Assets, Licensing, Dudley MBC, Lister Road Depot, Dudley, DY2 8JW at any time up to and including 29 September 2026.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
