LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION
TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34
Notice is hereby given that on the 25th of August 2026 T.J. Morris Limited applied to Trafford Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Home Bargains, Unit 2&3, Trafford Retail Park, Urmston, Manchester M41 7FN.
The proposed variation is ;-
- To permit alterations to incorporate the unit next door within the area covered by the premises licence and to attach a new plan to the licence showing the enlarged store layout
- To add conditions to the licence
- To amend the address to reflect the new double unit.
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- Licensing Authority, Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, Manchester M32 0TH or by email to licensing@trafford.gov.uk no later than the 22nd of September 2026 stating the grounds for representations.
The register of Trafford Council the record of the application may be inspected at the above council address. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
