Notice is hereby given that Marzamemi Festival Ltd, has applied to Richmond Council for a new Premises Licence at the open space of: Richmond Green, TW9 1LX, to provide the following Licensable Activities: Live Music, Recorded Music, Performance Of Dance, Performance Of A Play, Exhibition Of A Film, Other Standard & The Sale Of Alcohol (On The Premises) On 25th 26th & 27th June 2027.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing by 21.09.2026, stating the grounds for making said representation to: Richmond Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond & Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX, or by email: licensing@merton.gov.uk. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at: The Offices of Richmond Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond & Wandsworth Councils), Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX, between the hours of 10:00am and 4:00pm. Information on all new and variation applications received by The Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council’s website: www.richmond.gov.uk. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application, punishable upon conviction by an unlimited fine.
