Any responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations in respect of this application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority no later than 4th October 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
