Variation of a Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that Admiral Taverns Limited has applied to
Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council on 26 August 2026 to vary the
premises licence in respect of White Swan, 5 Church Street, Oldbury
B69 3AD as follows: On Thursday, Friday and Saturday only to extend the
hours for licensable activities until 04:00 (currently 03:00) and to extend
opening hours until 04:30 (currently 03:30) to provide a 30 minute dispersal
period. There are to be no other changes to the premises licence.
A record of the application may be inspected at General Licensing Team,
Sandwell Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury, B69 3DE, during normal
office hours Monday to Friday. Any representations by interested parties or
responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing
to: General Licensing Team, Environment and Public Protection, Place
Directorate, Sandwell Council House, PO Box 2374, Oldbury, B69 3DE or
via email using
licensing_team@sandwell.gov.uk
