The full application may be viewed at the above offices during normal office hours or on the website: www.stalbans.gov.uk. Any person or responsible authority may make representations to the above address no later than 18th September 2026. Any representations must be in writing. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for this offence is unlimited.
