APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Limited has applied to Trafford Council in respect of the Garricks Head, Moorside Road, Flixton, Manchester M41 5SH for an application to vary the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:
To increase the permitted hours of all currently licensed activities (on and off sales of alcohol; playing of recorded and live music and anything similar, indoors only); and late night refreshment, indoors only) as follows: until 01:00 from Sunday – Thursday, with closing at 01:30; until 02:00 Friday and Saturday with closing at 02:30, and on any day preceding a bank holiday, and on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. To authorise all licensed activities and opening hours from the end of permitted hours on New Year's Eve until the start of permitted hours on New Year's Day, and an additional hour at the start of British Summer Time. To amend the layout of the premises in accordance with the plan lodged with the application and to permit the sale of alcohol in the external area until no later than midnight. To replace all existing conditions in Annex 2 and 3 of the premises licence with the operating schedule and accompanying policies lodged with the application.

Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority at the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by the end of 25th September 2026.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
