NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES/CLUB PREMISES LICENCE (GENERAL)(LA2003DOC23)

NOTICE is hereby given that Altrincham BID Limited Applied on 20th August 2026 for the Grant of a Premises Licence to Trafford Council in respect of the premises known as:

REGENT ROAD - community stage and Christmas Lights Switch-on Show (WA14 1RY).

UPPER GEORGE STREET (WA14 1RF) under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 for a licence to provide:
Provision of regulated entertainment during the intended hours of 15.00- 18:00 Saturday 21st November 2026

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to: THE LICENSING SECTION TRAFFORD COUNCIL TRAFFORD TOWN HALL TALBOT ROAD STRETFORD MANCHESTER M32 0TH

Any representation must be submitted no later than 28 days from the date the application was accepted.

A representation may also be made to the Licensing Section at the following email address: licensing@trafford.gov.uk

A copy of the application for the above licence is kept by The Licensing Section at Trafford Council and is available by email upon request during the 28 day consultation period.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is unlimited.
