LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION
TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given that on the 26th August 2026 Cineworld Holdings Limited applied to Dacorum Borough for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Cineworld Cinema, Jarman Way, Hemel Hempstead, Herts HP2 4JS. The proposed variation is ;- 1. To extend the hours for opening and the exhibition of films to 24 hours a day 2. To delete a number of conditions and add a new condition NOTE - this application does not seek to extend the hours for alcohol sales or any other licensable activity permitted by the licence except the showing of films. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- Licensing, Dacorum Borough Council, The Forum, Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead HP1 1DN or by email to licensing@dacorum.gov.uk no later than 23rd September 2026 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Dacorum Borough Council the record of the application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above Council address or via the licensing authority’s website, at www.dacorum.gov.uk/licensing It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
