NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Mr Eric Jean-Marie Alfred Poli applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 28 July 2026 for a licence to use the premises at La Buvette, 91 Kirkgate, Shipley, BD18 3LR for the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises, with the hours proposed to operate Monday to Sunday 11:00 to 22:00.
Representations should be made in writing to Licensing Team, Shearbridge Depot, Shearbridge Road, Bradford BD7 1PU by 25th September 2026. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 - 16.30 Friday.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries an unlimited fine.
