Notice is hereby given that We, Foxcubbrewing Ltd, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as Unit 17 Enterprise City Meadowfield Avenue Spennymoor DL16 6JF for a New Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol Monday to Saturday 09:00 – 20:00 Sunday 09:00 – 16:00 Off Sales Only.
The full application can be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham, DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm. A Responsible Authority or Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representations/objections to these applications. Representations must be made in writing by 18th September 2026 and sent to: Durham County Council, Licensing Services, PO Box 274, Stanley DH8 1HG. Alternatively email: licensing@durham.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
