LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Sunay Dyushekchiev has applied to the London Borough of Enfield for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of: Karlovo Bistro Café, 267B Hertford Road, London N9 7ES. The proposed variation is to extend the permitted hours for the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises until 23:30 Monday to Sunday, and to extend the hours the premises are open to the public until 00:00 (midnight) Monday to Sunday. The application may be inspected by contacting the Licensing Team, London Borough of Enfield, Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield, EN1 3XA. Any person wishing to make a relevant representation concerning this application should contact the Licensing Team by email at licensing@enfield.gov.uk. The last date for relevant representations is 24 September 2026. Representations must relate to one or more of the four licensing objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder; public safety; the prevention of public nuisance; and the protection of children from harm.
