What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003, Application in respect of the Grant of a Premises Licence

Application has been made by Ms. Shivani Salveru to the Licensing Authority of Bath & North-East Somerset Council for a Premises Licence for Walcot Convenience Store, 132A Walcot St, Bath BA1 5BG.

The application includes the following terms:- To permit the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises 0700 to 2200 each day.

Any representations made will be disclosed in an open meeting should a hearing be necessary.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 21 September 2026. It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited
