Notice is hereby given that Tops Pizza Limited has applied to Portsmouth City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence for Tops Pizza, 48 London Road, Portsmouth, PO2 0LN.
The application is for the provision of Late Night Refreshment as follows:
Sunday–Thursday: 23:00–01:00
Friday–Saturday: 23:00–02:00
The application may be inspected at Portsmouth City Council, Licensing Service, Civic Offices, Guildhall Square, Portsmouth, PO1 2AL or online at
Any representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Manager at the above address or by email to
no later than 24 September 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
