Notice of application for variation of a premises licence
Notice is hereby given that Claire Davis has applied to North Northamptonshire Council for the variation of a Premises Licence in respect of Grendon Hall Estate and intends to vary the following licensable activities;
Enter activities to be varied e.g. sale of alcohol, provision of late night refreshment and provision of regulated entertainment
Proposed variation seeks to modernise and update the premises licence to reflect the current and planned operations within Grendon Hall Estate as a mulit-use hospitality, wellness, leisure and events destination for both the sale of alchol, and to provide regulated entertainment indoors and outdoors, such as live & recorded music and film.
The variation will extend the licenced area to encompass the wider estate and its currennt and proposed facilities including the spa and contrast thrapy facilities, coffee and wine bar, event spaces, padel facilities, wedding facilities and designated outdoor areas.
No variations for licencing hours have been made.
