NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Xscape Now Limited has applied for the grant of a Premises Licence at Units 17–19, Ketley Business Park, Ketley, Telford, Shropshire, TF1 5JD to permit the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises, Monday to Sunday, 12:00 to 22:00, as stated in the application.
The application may be inspected by prior appointment at the Licensing Service, Telford & Wrekin Council, Darby House, Lawn Central, Telford, TF3 4JA. Please contact Licensing to make an appointment on
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, clearly stating the grounds for the representation no later than 16 September 2026.
The licensing authority is required under the Licensing Act 2003 (Hearings) Regulations 2005 to provide the applicant with full copies of any relevant representations that have been made.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, punishable on summary conviction by a maximum fine of £5,000.
