LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE TAKE NOTICE that RMA Yorkshire Ltd (Director: Rana Muhammad Afzal) has applied to Kirklees Council under the Licensing Act 2003

ZS Kitchen, 123 Halifax Old Road, Birkby, Huddersfield, HD1 6HJ FOR: Provision of Late Night Refreshment Every day between 10:00 and 04:00

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives.

Any representations must be submitted in writing to: Licensing Office, Flint Street Depot, Flint Street, Fartown Huddersfield, HD1 6LG or by email to: licensing@kirklees.gov.uk

Notification period end date: 22 September 2026

Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours or online at: www.kirklees.gov.uk/licensing

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.

On summary conviction, a person would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5,000.

This notice must be published in a local newspaper circulating in the vicinity of the premises on at least one occasion within 10 working days of making the application to the Council. The full page of the newspaper containing the notice must be sent to the Council as soon as it is published.
