NOTICE is hereby given that we, Be Here Now Ltd applied on 27th August 2026 for a NEW Premises Licence to Trafford Council in respect of the premises known as: Be Here Now, 195 Woodsend Road, Urmston, Manchester, M41 8QW under the provisions of the Licensing Act2003 for a licence to provide: Holding Of Regulated Entertainment between the hours of07:00 and 00:00 Monday to Sunday Sale of Alcohol between the hours of 12:00and 23:00 Monday to Sunday
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to: THE LICENSING SECTION TRAFFORD COUNCIL TRAFFORD TOWN HALLTALBOT ROAD STRETFORD MANCHESTER M32 0TH
Any representation must be submitted no later than 28 days from the date the application was accepted.
A representation may also be made to the Licensing Section at the following email address: licensing@trafford.gov.uk
A copy of the application for the above licence is kept by The Licensing Section, at Trafford Council, and is available via email upon request during the 28 day consultation period.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is unlimited.
