Notice is given that, Mr. Omar Choudhary has applied to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Sutton for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003
Premises details: 292 High Street, Sutton, SM1 1PQ The licensable activities and timings are: Late Night Refreshment for a restaurant and takeaway: from 11:00pm to 01:00am Sunday to Thursday and from 11:00pm to 02:00am Fridays to Saturdays including Bank Holidays. No alcohol will be sold at the premises.
The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting www.sutton.gov.uk or in person at the address given below.
Representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority by post to: Licensing Team, London Borough of Sutton, Civic Offices, St Nicholas Way, Sutton, SM1 1EA, or by email: licensing@sutton.gov.uk
The deadline for representations is: 24/09/2026
