The Hide, Ruthin - Premises Licence Variation for Outdoor Seating and Recorded Music

Licensing Act 2003 – Public Notice

I Peter Wynn Jones do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority (Denbighshire County Council) for the variation of our Premises Licence At, Smithy, Prior Street, Ruthin, LL15 1LT known as The Hide. The application is to: - To include outdoor seating area (approx. 26 covers) in association with existing approved restrictions (i.e. consumption of alcohol within the premises). To add the provision of recorded music on New Year’s Eve only 23:00 – 00:30 New Year’s Day.

The full application can be inspected by contacting Denbighshire County Council Licensing Authority. Representations can be made between 18th August 2026 to 15th September 2026. Representations received after this date will not be considered.
