Notice is hereby given that Sara’s Group Limited has applied to Blackburn with Darwen Council for a premises licence variation as follows:
1. Removal of the conditions at Annex 2 which currently restrict customer access to the premises between the hours of 00:00 and 06:00, to allow customers to enter the premises during these hours.
2. Removal of embedded restrictions.
