We Glas Falmouth Ltd give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the variation of a Premises Licence in respect of Glas, Dunstanville Terrace, Falmouth, TR11 2SW. The application is to : Add off sales Amend plan of premises Remove conditions.
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro TR1 3AY or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 21st September 2026.
A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment. Details are also at www.cornwall.gov.uk by searching 'List of current premises licence applications'. Alternatively, telephone the Licensing Office on 0300 1234 212.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application. A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale, which is unlimited.
