Regulation 25 Notice

TO : WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I/We Archipelagos Gyros Ltd do hereby give notice that it is my/ our intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council for the grant of a premises licence or club premises certificate to use or permit the use of premises known as Archipelagos Gyros 75 Lewes Road Brighton BN2 3HZ for the following licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on or from the premises: Late Night Refreshment between 23:00 hours and midnight each day.

Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant, should send to EHL.licensing@brighton-hove.gov.uk  or Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Hove Town Hall, Norton Road, Hove, BN3 3BQ no later than 23/09/2026 a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing . It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
