Address of premises: SHELL SOLIHULL, 386 WARWICK ROAD, SOLIHULL, B91 1BB. Proposed licensable activities: SALE OF ALCOHOL FOR CONSUMPTION OFF THE PREMISES. Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: ALCOHOL SALES — MONDAY TO SATURDAY 06:30 TO 23:00 HRS AND SUNDAY AND BANK HOLIDAYS 08:00 TO 22:00 HRS.

Any responsible authority or any other person wishing to make representations on this matter must submit those representations in writing to LICENSING TEAM, SOLIHULL METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL, THE CORE, THEATRE SQUARE, HOMER ROAD, SOLIHULL, B91 3RG or email licensing@solihull.gov.uk Representations must be received by 18 SEPTEMBER 2026. A postal address where the register is kept and the application may be inspected is as above. It is an offence to make a false statement in connection with an application and those who make a false Statement may be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
