NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that an application was made on 23rd August 2026 to Nottingham City Council for the Variation of a Premises Licence held by Minus One Limited for the premises: Lost Again, 16-22 Goose Gate, Nottingham, NG1 1FF.
The variation is to modify the authorisation for the sale of alcohol and regulated entertainment to 11:00 to 06:00 Monday to Sunday; and late night refreshment to 23:00 to 05:00, Monday to Sunday.
Further information concerning the application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at: Licensing, Tamar Building, Eastcroft Depot, London Road, Nottingham, NG2 3AH between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm and Monday to Friday by prior appointment.
Any person, who wishes to make a representation, must do so in writing, to the Licensing Authority at the above address or to: general.licensing@nottinghamcity.gov.uk.
Representations to this application must be made by 20th September 2026.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make such a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
