I, Arun Baby have made the above application to sefton council.

A brief description of the nature of the business.

To sell alcohol Monday to Thursday 12:00 to 22:00, Friday and Saturday 12:00 to 23:00, Sunday 12:00 to 21:00.

Any representations to the application shall be in writing and should be lodged with the Licensing Authority, Sefton MBC, Magdalen House, 30 Trinity Road, Bootle, L20 3NJ, stating the terms of the grounds of the said representation, not later than 20th September.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
