THE LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

We, Eaton Green Premier Limited, of Eaton Express Mart, 14 Eaton Green Road, Luton, LU2 9HE are applying to Luton Borough Council for the Variation of a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003.
If granted, the licence will enable the following to take place: Supply of alcohol for consumption OFF the premises Monday to Sunday: 00:00 to 24:00 Persons wishing to make representations in respect of this application may do so by writing to: Licensing Service Luton Borough Council Town Hall, George Street Luton, Beds, LU1 2BQ within 28 days from the date of this notice. A copy of the application is also kept at the above address and may be viewed during normal office hours. You can also view the application on our online register at:
