Public Notice Licensing Application Licensing Act 2003

An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon for the grant of a new Premises Licence by Vibish Brewing Ltd in respect of:

Units 66, BSS House, Business Centre, SN2 2PJ.

The application seeks the following licensable activities and times:

Retail sale of alcohol for consumption on or off premise, 12:00 to 23:00 daily.

The full application may be inspected at the Swindon Borough Council Civic Offices, Euclid Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH between the hours of 09:00 hours and 16:30 hours, Monday to Friday.

Responsible Authorities, and/or other persons (e.g. people/business living or working within the vicinity) can make representations at any time between 28/08/2026 and 25/09/2026. All representations must be made in writing (including email or fax), to the Licensing Authority, at the above address or by email to licensing@swindon.gov.uk.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
