Notice is hereby given that on 26 August 2026 DEZATO BLACKBURN LTD applied to Blackburn with Darwen council for a premises licence for Dezato Blackburn at 30 Tontine Street Blackburn.
The proposed licensed activities are; The provision of late night refreshment: MON to THURS - 17:00 till 00:00 FRI to SAT - 17:00 till 02:00 SUNDAY - 17:00 till 01:00 Seasonal variations: Christmas day, New years eve, Boxing day, Bank holidays and Eid we may be open till approx 2am.
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing to the Licensing Department, Blackburn with Darwen Council, The Bungalow, Roman Road Industrial Estate BB1 2LX or E-Mail at Licensingteam@blackburn.gov.uk. Any representation should be received no later than 23/09/2026 The register of Blackburn with Darwen Council and the record of the application may be inspected at Licensing Section, Blackburn with Darwen Council.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable upon summary conviction is unlimited
