LICENSING ACT 2003 - APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 has been made by DALDAR ISMAEL Hameed to the City of Lincoln Council in respect of the premises known as Unit 5 Stonebow Centre, Silver Street, Lincoln, LN2 1DY.

The proposed licensable activity is the provision of latenight refreshment, Monday to Sunday from 23:00 to 04:00.

The record of the application may be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Team, Communities and Environment, City Hall, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln, LN1 1DD during normal office hours.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Communities and Environment, City of Lincoln Council at the above address by Wednesday 23 September 2026.

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with the application.
