I Erkan Aksu do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Ealing Council for a new Premises Licence at 36 - 38 Park Royal Road, NW10 7JA and known as Diyarbakir Restaurant.
The application is to: Allow the sale of alcohol on and off the premises between 10AM to 11PM from Monday to Sunday for the premises.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, W5 2HL or licensing@ealing.gov.uk not later than: 22.09.2026.
Representations received after this date cannot be considered.
All representations Must Be In Writing A copy of the application can be viewed on the Council's website at: www.ealing.gov.uk/info/201017/licences_and_street_trading.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
