NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

YRS LDN Ltd gives notice that on 20th August 2026 it applied to the Licensing Authority at The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea for the grant of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 at: YRS LDN, 1a Kensington High Street, Kensington, W8 5NP.

It is proposed that the following licensable activities will take place from the premises: sale of alcohol by retail for consumption on and off the premises and regulated entertainment: 12:00 to 04:00, Monday to Sunday; late night refreshment: 23:00 to 04:00. Monday to Sunday.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must write to the: Licensing Team, The Town Hall, Hornton Street, London W8 7NX or licensing@rbkc.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than: 17th September 2026.

A register of licensing applications is held by the Licensing Authority and can be inspected at http://www.rbkc.gov.uk/ licensing or in person at The Town Hall, Hornton Street, London W8 7NX, tel. 020 7341 5152, by appointment with the Licensing Team between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make such a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
