Notice Of Application For The Variation Of A Premises Licence

Take Notice That A Tavola Delicatessen Limited Has applied for a variation of a Premises Licence for premises at A Tavola Delicatessen, Unit 2, Duke Street, Liverpool, L1 5AG.

For the following licensable activities:
Amend Condition Wording, To Permit Patrons To Purchase Alcohol Without The Requirement To Purchase Food; &, To Enable Access After 21:00 By All Persons Under 18 If Accompanied By An Adult.

Vary Permitted Hours For All Licensable Activities, Such That Start Times Shall Be 08:00 Daily, Finishing At 00:00 (Save For Late-Night Refreshment At Paragraph 3 Below), And Opening Hours Shall Be To 00:30 Daily.

Add The Licensable Activity Of Late-Night Refreshment, Commencing At 23:00 Daily, Finishing At 00:30.

You can view a record of the application and make a representation on it either through liverpool.gov.uk/licensingrepresentations or alternatively ring 233 3015 to request a call-back for an appointment to view the application. 

Representation can also be made by post to – Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.

Representations must be received no later than the 23rd day of September 2026.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
