**Notice Is Hereby Given** that on **25 August 2026**, **RTB Football Club** applied to **Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council** for a Premises Licence in respect of **Hilltop Community Sports Stadium, Hilltop, Ebbw Vale, NP23 6ND**.
The application is for:
**Supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises:** Monday to Sunday, **12:00 to 00:00**.
**Live music:** Monday to Sunday, **12:00 to 00:00**.
**Recorded music:** Monday to Sunday, **12:00 to 00:00**.
**Proposed opening hours:** Monday to Sunday, **10:00 to 00:30**.
The premises will not necessarily be open every day of the week.
The principal operation is expected to take place during weekends, with occasional weekday opening for private events, mid-week football or rugby fixtures and other scheduled activities.
Alcohol is proposed to be supplied both within the clubhouse facility and within the areas comprising the rugby and football fields.
