Notice is hereby given that I/We...BJR FOODS LTD have applied to Westmorland and Furness Council to vary the Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as KFC Unit k, Hollywood Park, Hindpool Road, Barrow in Furness, Cumbria LA14 2NA
The proposed licensable activities are:
Extend Late Night Refreshment Hours Monday - Sunday 23:45 - 05:00
Extend Recorded Music Hours Monday - Sunday 23:45 - 05:00
Any representations regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing to Barrow - Licensing, Public Protection Services, Town Hall, Duke Street, Barrow in Furness, Cumbria LA14 2LD or email: licensingteam@westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk
no later than 14.09.2026 stating the grounds for the representation.
The register and the record of this application may be inspected at the Council office at the address given above between 10.00 - 16:00. Monday to Friday or on the council's website - www. westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made
