List activity and timing: Sale of Alcohol: Monday - Sunday: 07:00 - 23:00
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to the Licensing Section, Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Davyfield Depot, White Dove Building, Roman Rd Industrial Estate, Blackburn, BB1 2LX, or by e-mail to: licensingteam@blackburn.gov.uk by no later than 28 days after the date of the application.
The full application can be viewed at the above office (by prior appointment made on (01254 267666) between 10.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday or at the Council’s website – www.blackburn.gov.uk
Under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
