I/We Sasa Foods Limited have applied for the Grant of a Premises Licence for KFC, Sisson Street, Failsworth, Manchester M35 0FF.

The Licence, if granted, is to enable the following activities to take place: Recorded Music Mon – Sun 23:00 – 00:00 Provision of late-night refreshment Sun - Thu 23:00 – 02:00 Fri – Sat 23:00 – 03:00 (delivery and drive-thru only after 00:00)

Representations should be made on or before 15.09.26.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
