Notice of Application for Grant of a Premises Licence
We Deansbrook Garage Limited hereby give notice that an application was made to Stroud Council on the 20/08/2026 for the Grant of a new Premises Licence to operate a premises at: Stone Garage Stone Berkeley, Gloucester, GL13 9LA from which the following licensable activities are proposed. Sale of Alcohol by Retail for consumption off the premises 24 hours a day Monday to Sunday, Late Night Refreshment from 23:00 to 05:00 Monday to Sunday.
The full application may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at Licensing Section Stroud District Council Ebley Mill Ebley Wharf Stroud GL5 4UB or online at www.stroud.gov.uk. Any person wishing to submit representations to my/our application must give notice in writing to Licensing Authority address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 17/09/2026.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction of an unlimited fine.
